) and his lawyers should definitely be made aware of Patrick's history of lying, fabricating/altering evidence, and his violent and vindictive nature. I'm sure Officer N had the latter two in mind when he kept returning to the hovel, but it never hurts to remind someone. It also doesn't hurt to remind them that he has a significant monetary incentive for this lawsuit given his status as a fat failure and judgement debtor.
