Is he really quadrupling down?
He doesn’t have a choice. Whatever back channel negotiations that occurred—if any—didn’t result in an accepted settlement. They may have lowballed him with $5,000 or something but we’ll never know. Since the city said it’s ready to go to trial, Pig’s choice is walk away or court.

The case is proceeding. Fatso trying to save toilet scrubbing money by not having the cops formally served.

These are identical letters that were sent out to all the officers (edit: just the new ones added in Feb) that Pat named in the case, excluding Lyndon Evans.

Anything below what he wants would be letting the idiots win - piggy wants that big pay day and is so stubborn he doesn’t realize he’s going to lose huge in court trying to literally fight city hall.

I hope the city can use the shit Pat and his drunk wife said during their podcast interviews in court. During one of them, I think it was the pretend podcast?, they said they were afraid that the swattings were part of a Mullen tier psy-op to make it so the police quit taking calls to their house seriously. That was a dumbass thing to say if you're trying to sue the police for taking calls to your house seriously. They got so caught up in their victim grift they forgot about their money grift. Would be pretty funny to see him have to explain that away without a child/block option.

I think it means the city attorney hands the cops their summons while they are at work. A process server is an Officer of the Court, just like an attorney, judge, or police officer. It wouldn't be good for the City if a server had to chase down each cop because they want to maintain the professionalism of the police.

Those cops are getting paid for every minute they have to deal with this case anyway.

Fatso thought he's being intimidating by having them each personally served. They said don't bother with process servers, the time, and the costs. Just consider us served.

They aren't intimidated.
