I saw someone else say that. Where did today's date come from? Document 11 has April 4th as close of discovery, so I figured we still had another month.

IANAL but there can be multiple rounds of dispositive motions. Since if it goes forward they have a chance to amend the complaint, they might want the judge to rule on newly added claims.

edit: removed paragraph because I had misread the other dates. It seems the case moved *faster* than what they had requested last year

What you posted is *proposed* by the parties, but I assume the judge won't commit his schedule unless/until he knows the case goes forward. The fact they proposed April 19th as the next deadline indicated to me they probably expect the judge to rule pretty quickly
