I think you’re right. He thinks that he should be treated differently, like the police department will be able to quickly pull up the notes on him and his wife specifically and say “oh, we can just let this one go. It’s another fake swatting for that fat guy on Oakland ave. Ignore”

Either that or his argument will be something generic like they need to put in processes to manage swatting calls. Something that’s hard to argue but too vague to be actionable.

I’m not sure that it matters to him - he’ll just say it’s their fault no matter what.
