And yet he still lives there about half the year in his fully paid for 10 million dollar house. I bet he’s super jealous of your reserved parking space in the social housing complex.

Yes. He is. I've done the whole "sit in the car" thing. It fucking sucks.

Follow in daddys footsteps and come suck this girldick, dwarfster.

Why y'all so obsessed with gayness and trannies and dicks. This one is fantasizing about a Danny/Anthony gay romp, the other one is cosplaying as Sue Lightning, ffs.

There's never been any indication he owned anything but the McMansion, and now, the leaky roof triangle LGBT+ hovel, Baconster.

He would throw 100k out the window at the Borgata every weekend. He's a pauper compared to what he was making a decade ago and has nothing to show for it.

Yet, you can see Opie's money with every livestream.
Nana also tossed money out the window with a Brooklyn apartment before they signed their first big contract. Nana lost half of that before depositing his first check, then his certain type of rich kicked in and he used that contract to get a 3 million dollar loan to build his house. Ironic that the owner of compound media has never experienced one dollar of compound interest.

He used to do trades during the earlier XM shows. Not sure what kind, but it didn't work at all. And not the Citadel stock either, was probably on Robin Hood
He used to hear about stocks going up then pretend he was selling. He never really had enough free cash to make money until his ex wife was paid off. Then he talked about obvious stocks like Netflix. If he was for real, with a few hundred thousand listeners he could have pumped and dumped a bunch of bullshit stocks and nobody would investigate him. Stuttering John bought a house that way and he never made 50 grand with stern.

John and Sal would do that. John would trade listener stock tips for insider information on the Stern Show or even air time just to ask Howard a boring question. Sal's job before coming to Stern was basically 'boiler room' level scamming and insider stock trading. Those two were very brazen about it as well. Like John would literally ask callers what they did for a living when screening them obviously hoping to hit either "I trade stocks" or "I make movies or TV shows" looking to gain something out of it.

They have nothing on Howard though. Howard violated practically one hundred laws on insider trading and payola and other finance regulations during his last year on terrestrial. His constant plugging Sirius and mentioning it was against the law and grossly violated his contract. His contract with Sirius was tied to performance bonuses in addition to paying for his show. He was supposed to get paid his salary, and then bonuses based on subscribers, but it was not just specifically subscribers that were part of his premium membership, but ones that signed up during certain periods even if they weren't even Stern listeners. It was all very convoluted and the language was very vague to basically allow Howard to open up lawsuits for more money in the future. And Sirius was run by retards so they didn't protect themselves at all.

Howard's contract was hilarious with Sirius. One of the bonus stipulations was that if there were a certain number of subscribers overall to Sirius, that Howard would get a bonus, that would keep increasing as long a subs kept increasing. Another bonus was that if Sirius and XM merged he would get $25million immediately regardless of which company came out on top. How did he know to put that in the contract? And why would Sirius ever agree to something like that in the first place? Guys like Karmazin and Don Buchwald obviously never share insider information.

But the real funny part was that when Sirius and XM merged it more than doubled listenership at Sirius. XM had 8million paid subs. Sirius had 6million (oy vey!) subs but lots of those were bullshit subs from car dealerships and their number was massively inflated. Howard argued that his contract allowed him a bonus because now the total subs to Sirius were 14million up from 6million after the merger. And he wanted his entire pay to more than double and sued both Sirius and XM because his value should be doubled or tripled based on total subscribers now. He lost of course but Sirius still had to pay $25million at least (maybe even $50million or more) for his merger bonuses.

Back in 2005, CBS found out that Howard had signed with Sirius during a period where he was not allowed to sign with another company as long as he was under contract with CBS. Howard once he had signed with Sirius, spent all of his show plugging Sirius for free on CBS, which caused him to lose most of his syndication because no one on terrestrial wanted their morning show to be nonstop Sirius commercials. Fareed from Citadel dropped Howard and put O&A best of tapes on the air at one point. Howard lost the lawsuit from CBS when they threatened to have federal law enforcement look into Howard violating payola laws. Howard would settle and pay CBS a few million privately. But by then his oddly worded performance and stock bonuses from Sirius and the merge bonus were only a few years away.

Is that why Howie always got up in arms about “glomming “?

Whenever Howard has a 'project' the show takes a backseat to it. So Private Parts plugs become the entire show. Or Son of the Beach gets all the airtime instead of doing an actual show. But at some point his plugs literally became mentioning Sirius over and over on CBS to boost the stock price for his bonus payouts. He was promoting a stock and not even a book or movie. Then when the merger was in discussion all Howard talked about was how Sirius would go bankrupt and disappear if the merger failed so you got nonstop business talk. Of course we find out that those talks were tied into a bonus payout as well.

Even Howard's first week on Sirius was dedicated largely to CBS suing him. And Howard trying to get ahead of them in the media by getting the first word in edgewise. So that his version of the story would be the ones that the listeners would embrace. The hustle never ends. Hence why Howard will never retire. His entire identity and life are tried into him having an active career. Yes his radio show is dead with under 30K listeners daily probably. But with no show Howard becomes culturally irrelevant overnight. Which hurts him, despite being a jew, even more than losing out on millions of dollars in money.

As he waits for alternate side parking to end so he can go back upstairs without a ticket. You bet I can see it.

edit - HH Brother, do you ever feel embarrassed clicking the "car crash emoji"? Do you carry little frowny face stickers to pop on things you don't like in real life? It's almost adorable. Like clicking a little swastika emoji on a Neo-Nazi site. If you're trying to come off as some kind of bad-ass, putting little digital stickers of approval on msg board posts is gay AF.
You're the one who cares

In regards to the Opester I've said before here but he's definitely doing well, in 2015 he bought a 7 million dollar apartment, not sure how much it'd have gone up since then but you'd have to think it'd be at around 8.0 - 8.5 now. He also has the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Hamptons beach house worth an estimated 3 million dollars.

You'd then assume he'd have at least a few more million in assets, he doesn't need to sit in the car to save on parking, I think he does that to be relatable or to try and be funny.

I find this behind-the-scenes radio shit fascinating. If you ever write a book about this, I'll read it. Question: how do you think it might have played out if Stern never went to satellite? I realize he would have left a mountain of money on the table (and there's no way he'd have ever done THAT), but IMO the move to pay radio just killed his relevancy. He had to have lost 2/3rds or even 75% of his listeners just like that. Then again, it's not like FM radio is real relevant these days either, and it's tough to imagine that he'd have been able to demand the massive contract he got from Sirius from any traditional radio outlet. But the reality is that as soon as he moved to satellite, he essentially banished himself to relative obscurity, as no one really gives a shit about satellite radio. So would he be better off right now, or worse off?

One more perspective on the home sale; according to Forbes, the median home price in Roslyn Heights in 2006 was $766,250, compared to a median home price of $1,225,000 in the same zip code in July 2021 for an increase of 59.87% in that time period.

By that measure, Anthony should've sold for $4,676,198, so he lost $2,184,000 by customizing his house to accommodate his many rapes along with the temporary HQ for a money pit of a "media destination".
But in reality he lost SOOOOOOO much more than that. His house should never have cost more than 2 million, he paid 3 and then added another million. The guy who bought it paid 2.4 which is still high but he got a house worth 1.8 plus another 800 worth of upgrades with the bar, basement and pool. Pretty sure nana had no place to put any of that gaudy furniture either, so maybe he left that behind as well.

Didn't he take out a mortgage as well and not buy it outright? I don't have the documents in front of me, but I think I saw that in one of the private investigator reports.

- A quick google says the average mortgage rate in 2006 when Anthony bought it was at a 4 year high of ~6.8%.
- And let's say he put about 1/3 down, leaving him with a $2,000,000 mortgage.
- I'll be generous and say he paid it off in 10 years

He paid $761,928 just in interest on his mortgage.
