LOS has been around HOW LONG? Literally 2 months before O&A ended. That's 9 years.

For perspective: 9 years into Opie & Anthony show... Opie had already gotten them hired, fired, hired, fired TWICE -- made them BOTH millionaires -- And were already at the halfway point of their careers, signing with XM to do an "uncensored" show. I’ve mentioned it before, but IIRC, I remember hearing at some point back in the day that Norton was the reason Big Jay wasn’t on O&A very often. I don’t know the total number of times he appeared on da show but I do remember a time when he was on with Patrice and was basically background for the majority of that show. I don’t know if the Norton vs Big Jay thing holds any water but that’s one thing I thought about because I always wondered why Oakerson was on R&F and not O&A.

Because what else do they have in life to do? Antony is doubly desperate because he has no life and no money. So out of sheer torment, agony, and misery he must engage in another career as having no long term financial or familial planning has doomed him to a life of eternal work and isolation.

Opie was fired for harassing a guy taking a shit. Basically making nonconsensual scat films. Then it was reported in the news and he looked like an utter retard to the entire world. Yet in hindsight it was actually hilarious him brutally hazing Roland. And now you look where everyone else is in the O&A and connected universes. Even Stern is fully miserable and insane and now lives like some jewish hermit doing online shows from his basement for no audience instead of gracefully retiring in 2005 or even 20010. Anthony's failures with Compound and the revelations about Sue Lightning and domestic violence.

If you had made predictions for the entire O&A universe and connected groups like the Cellar Comics or Stern in 2004 then no one would have gotten almost anything right. It's like some bizarro universe or parallel dimension where everyone has ended up in their lives.

That would be the show. I don’t remember any other time that he was on air with O&A. I’ve just always had it in my mind that Jim didn’t like Big Jay. Don’t know if I heard or read something at one point or another but I always wondered why Norton was never on LOS except for one time when they were still at the Compound. Some stupid listener did a Chip impression to him and they had a Chip-Off or sumthin.
