- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.

Imagine building a talk show format that literally the entire world copies. And putting your show on satellite, digital, cable, and podcasts before anyone else. And hiring guys like Rogan and Burr to do guests shows. And having a vision that basically reinvented all of talk radio and entertainment. And not the guy who went to college specifically for radio and trained for a career broadcasting.
