If you ever lifted at the gym, you realize that those 60 pound dumbells are heavy as fuck even if you can technically bench it. Our wrists aren't strong enough to be able to just handle them super easily. I know as someone who has lifted half of my life, you have to sort of waddle to the bench after grabbing them and then prop them up on your knee until you can square them up for lifting. He's such a BAD and FAT liar.

Yeah, you prop them on your knees and then kick your knees up to get them going as you lay back to bench them.
