He seriously thinks every reply from him to a troll is another "felony charge" against his troll.

He has consistently proven he does not understand laws or legal matters at all. Everything he thinks he's an expert on is his own interpretation which is more retarded than retarded.

I LOVE how in the BDA court recording when the judge calls out Patrick for threatening BDA, deleting his text messages, and then perjuring himself on the stand (i.e. lying) Patrick's response was "I don't remember sending that (text message). What I do remember telling him (BDA) was to stop contacting me and that everytime he did, he was then committing a felony" -- or something to that effect. The judge didn't even remark on that...

Actually he said that he didn't send that text and that they could look at his phone for proof he didn't(he deleted it). Then BDA said he did send it and they could look at his phone for proof. That's when he changed his answer to "I don't remember sending it".

Right right.... my point though is the judge wasn't at all interested in Pat's diatribe on "felony text messaging" and didn't even comment on it... but BDA surely must've committed a felony by engaging in a text chat with Patrick, Patrick said so himself!
