Okay, awesome. I would not post about it in the main forums if I were you. We don't want them getting pestered, but at the same time, we need them to know that this is an extremely winnable case, and that it would be foolish to settle as it would attract copycats. Also that there is way more to the story than meets the eye (Pat was likely ordering the swats himself, he completely lied and misrepresented the facts in the media appearances he is touting, etc). I'd say there's a good chance that their counsel is doing their own research and will eventually stumble across this, but you never know.

yeah but this thread alone is 58 pages long, 3k on KF, it's daunting to research the Pattyverse. They'd get nowhere without a little help

The last time the court was notified of Pat's tweets about how safe isnt his speed, it was actually attached to the traffic court case.

Pat presumably got those removed by contacting the court talking about stalkers, using the police number to prove it.

He cant do that this time. "Hi, police im trying to sue? Ignore that evidence against me."

Fat idiot.

I sent those docs to the prosecutor's office by fax and email. They were admitted as evidence and showed up on the court website as documents submitted for the case. They never contacted the concerned citizen (Paul Gualtieri), but definitely will review what you send. However, they still motherfucked me and let the Pig off easy.

Don't send it to the city or PD, send it to the attorney's office handling the case.
