They play this shitty game to wait until the last second. I don't understand it. As if it gives them some advantage. That piece of shit SFWA lawyer did. According to Jerry Jen during the zoom hearing, he called him and left a voicemail at like 4:50 PM the day before the response was due to fullfill the "meet and confer" requirement.

Holy shit "you won't enjoy prison. Enjoy prison" is a level of thoughtlessness that I didn't think even Patrick was capable of. He "thinks" like a rudimentary animal that is only capable of responding to stimulus in very predictable ways. I wonder if any of these things dawn on him before someone else points them out,or if its just hit send and move on to the next impulse decision.
