I remember in high school one of our boomer IT teachers was teaching us how to make a Gmail account. He handed out paper with steps. The beginning was literally:

1) Go to Yahoo.com.
2) Search for Google in the search bar
3) Find the option in the search results for Google.com
4) Go to Google.com
5) Click on email

I still think of that day and wonder if he was trolling us because it would've been a pfg bit.
