I imagine he thinks because he was behind nine proxies and that Torswats is caught and guilty of so much more that any chance his initial purchases are caught or brought into this is low. He's a genius, you see. Surely the MPD who didn't know what reddit was don't know how to subpoena a VPN.

This. Pat paid for the first ~30 or so then "refused" (according to TS) to pay for the last 5 or so, then started getting swatted at random. As for why he would bring a case like this knowing that it would bring increased scrutiny, there is a small possibility that the person who paid his judgement(s) is a legitimate rich person who saw him on MSDNC or one of the podcasts. After shelling out $50k, perhaps this person realized that Patrick has been doing this to himself, and "offered" to fund a lawsuit against the MPD knowing that it could very well result in him getting popped for self-swatting.

Rick says in the complaint that he has text messages saying his bully stalkers were gonna swat him and showed that to police before it ever happened. There's no way he has any of that right? I never saw any of the text threads threaten him with swatting, ever. I love how he writes that under "FACTS" lol. He definitely wrote this with the help of some other retard.

We saw the "evidence" he sent Josiah which unsupringly looked like whatever he submitted in high school at the last minute to warrant a d minus average. He doesn't organize or keep anything. Even if he did he doesn't back anything up properly as evidenced by the complaint fest about bricking his phone in a Mexican toilet.

He also deletes evidence as we saw with bda. If (massive if there) he has any evidence at all it's a shitty screenshot that would be inadmissible due to chain of custody issues.
