- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Own a nice car? It was 7 years old at the time. It’s a USED MUSTANG it’s not a luxury car, stupid. He really thinks it’s the same as driving a BMW or Mercedes-Benz. It doesn’t even have the modern safety / insurance requirements for cars (Bluetooth, back up camera, etc)

I think it was Niki’s mom getting on her about her lazy bum husband and this was their great plan to get her to back off and keep sending them money and paying for trips. I bet that’s how she explained they needed to rent the new mustang because Pat was going to write about it for his “blog business” and Niki’s mom being a boomer doesn’t understand how people make money on the internet so she believed what they told her.
At this point Pat hadn’t put a book out in forever and was not under control with nothing on the horizon. It was getting hard to hide that his sci fi book career was dead.
I’ve said it before like many that Niki is a piece of shit asshole just like Pat yet is smart enough to keep her mouth shut online. Pat knows without Niki and her mom he would be out on the street so it’s whatever it takes to make mom keep the money flowing.
He acts like it’s a VERY Rare and unique Mustang yet they do these special edition cars every year as a sales gimmick. Half the time it’s just a sticker that makes it a special edition yet dummies like Pat believe they’ve got gold. I was working for a Dodge and they did this with the challenger - all kinds of “special” editions yet all the same car.
I remember when I sold cars a guy traded in a Camero and he kept telling me it was worth more because it was the “Hot Wheels” special edition, something like 50 year anniversary or some nonsense. I had to show him from various sources that doesn’t mean much to the value, it’s a decal or a chrome emblem most times, nothing else. Ram had a “Texas edition” 1500 truck and for a grand or so more it came with a little emblem of the state of Texas on the back.
If I remember right from back in the day when people gave a shit about SEO then you would make a bunch of low effort blogs, put a bunch of ads on them and just draw traffic away from legitimate sites. There's probably a ton of these out there belonging to Niki and Pat looking to squeeze the final buck or two out of adsense.
