If they find one of us and somehow decide to prosecute they can't even claim our pranks and protests via twitter and text caused the swattings though they might try that. So the real result that is most likely is nobody ever gets found. Not his friend swatting him or us, but he retiredly tries in a hearing on his judgement to claim that he has suffered losses and hopefully Iron Man shows up to rule in his favor. I bet would actually happens is the real judge calls him fat and locks him up for contempt.

That would still be catastrophic as unlike civil court, the police don't have to reimburse you for your tens of thousands of dollars attorney's fees if you are found innocent. They can also spend as much taxpayer money as they want on your prosecution, and can make you sit in prison for years extending your trial almost indefinitely in hopes that you break and take a plea bargain. And it's not like anyone could sue him for defamation if he repeatedly named the person and proclaimed their guilt, since on top of owing Quasi he is completely broke. The only thing he cares about is ruining any of us which is why he's trying to frame us in the first place.

The local DA would have to have some substantial evidence to provide to the grand jury to indict you for the swatting. They can't hold you without bail and if they did with the zero evidence they'd have that we swatted him, you'd have a good civil suit against them. They could arrest us for telephone harassment I suppose, which is a misdemeanor, but imagine that clusterfuck in court? He'd be oinking about you being the swatter because they linked 10 hilarious messages of you calling him fat. It would not end in a conviction and thusly I doubt they'd pursue it. They'd offer you a restraining order and then the very next day he'd be bombarded by other brothermen. Some wars can't be won. There is no victory to be had by Pat, he's too stupid to understand that Sun Sooey is too arrogant to just change his number and private his twitter. He was badly damaged as kid.

Id understand if this place celebrated him getting swatted or there was a user that took credit for it that he could be so sure it came from here. He has a huge thread on kiwi and has been fighting with people on internet for years. Who knows who else messes with him? I hope they find out who is doing it and that they arent even affiliated with this place. Pat would have a fit insisting they are wrong.

I was just thinking this. This place is totally the reason the wife made an appearance and the pig man totally put her up to it. He’s definitely that kind of husband.

We’ve all heard how abusive he can be not to mention how prone he is to mood swings especially after heavy drinking.

The passive aggressiveness in that last paragraph has me laughing my ass off. It’s just so over the top.
