- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I gave her two credits and they’re not amazing, in fact they’re just the the bare minimums of her job:
1. Casting the most tie breaking votes in the Senate. Senate was 50/50 2021-2023 and a shit ton of the legislation Biden wanted passed wouldn’t have gone through without her vote. Its what shes supposed to do, and its not shocking the way she votes, but it makes her role more consequential than other VPs who never cast a tie breaking vote.
2. Simply being a woman. With Roe, Democrats have made it a huge issue for the 2024 campaign. Speaking that Biden is an old Irish catholic and can’t even say the word “abortion”, Harris has been pretty necessary to get that point across FOR Biden. Again, the bare minimum of her job.
But you’re also asking what credit to give to a VP when generally they hold no water.

To me VP’s that are given responsibilities is like when the First Lady has a “cause” - everyone smiles like they did something and nobody criticizes them if they fail.
