He's still accepting reservations. Can't believe he raised the price. 125 bucks a night is going to put him out of reach for most ghetto vacationers.
Why does it matter if the guests are "communicative"? Leave them the fuck alone and stop trying to horn in on their business, loser. Go hang out with your bartender "friends", unemployed barfly.
My guess is he figured out how to monetize his swinger or "into things" stuff. Why else would you stay in the ghetto unless someone promises to clean up after you?

Why would anyone stay at the hovel when hotels like Double Tree or Homewood Suites charge less and have a continental breakfast included? Maybe I'm missing the charm of living in a ghetto.
