The manager says it's done online, and Patrick's number is used. Unless there's no text verification needed when signing up, or there is and someone hacked Pat's phone to sign up to Pizza Hut, then how does that work?

And surely, from reading the other threads about managing pizza places and using common sense, can't these places block orders to Pat's address (or put some sort of warningin place?)

As much as I want to believe that this is Dan, Pat seems like the sort of spazzed up lunatic to do this to himself. Plus these pranks are at least once a month - however there's no way this fat cunt is only eating pizza once a month. I think Pat registered the account, uses it as he frequently would, but once a month has a "felony pizza order" episode and puts it on twitter. I wouldn't be surprised if he's black out drunk when this occurs.

I agree with you. He’s totally felony pizza swaTTing himself. And the manager basically said “someone’s getting into his account.” I’m sure they can easily flag his address if he requested it.

This is standard operating procedure at any store. The fact that this happens "once a month" according to the nignog manager shows that this is probably a very high-volume corporate location with high employee turnover, so the corporate overlords don't bother. The local populace is probably functionally retarded, so they can't really afford to yell at the manager for not following guidelines or using common sense because none of his potential replacements have been working there for more than a few months, and his replacement will just be another retarded porch monkey. The employees there probably smoke weed and steal food every night, and the general/district managers know it and don't do anything.

Also, either the troll is the one who registered the account to begin with, or they aren't using an account, just ordering online (you don't need to create an account to order online at any of the major pizza companies)

When I was an kid we (friends and siblings) used to order cabs late at night to the neighbor across the street. Then we’d hide in the dark and look out the window in anticipation. The cabs would roll up and start beeping the horn when no one came out. After awhile the beeping would become an obnoxious blaring. We always did the *67 (house phone) so the number didn’t come up on caller ID. One time we were laughing and the dispatcher yelled at us and hung up.

really? Pizza hut still has "pay cash" option online? No where else can you send food to a place without prepaying.

I don't think they do it in decent suburbs.

But in Pat's misbegotten section 8 neighbourhood - a place so violent the police have installed thousands of gunshot trackers in the hopes of lowering the crime rate - they probably have to offer cash-on-delivery as an option, as nobody has a legitimate source of income to put in a bank account.
