I don't know what is being said since I don't care enough to turn up the volume, but I'm sure it does not warrant whatever the look is on Pat's face. This is him overcompensating for his nervousness by having a resting bitch face that he thinks makes him look confident and self-assured.

One tiny tidbit that I took from this phone call: Niki is more self-aware than Patrick. Niki definitely told Patrick that she would call Pizza Hut to discuss things with them, but didn't want to go into too much detail, which means she's embarrassed by the whole thing.
Patrick would go into huge detail, scream, yell, talk about how he's told them a million times, etc.
Niki definitely wants nothing to do with us, and by extension him -- but something keeps her to him. Just fascinating.

That’s why I strongly believe she’s his caregiver and he is such a mental case he’s disabled. The only job he had was insurance so scamming the government isn’t far from reach. Usually it’s someone caring for a family member but there’s cases where your significant other can be a caregiver and get paid to make sure Pat doesn’t cause trouble in public.
