For someone to run a swat for hire, they have to have some criminal business savvy. You don't just dox a customer, that would kill your reputation. And if you had to do it in a situation like getting ripped off, it would be someone who's identity you 100% were confident in. Otherwise he makes himself out to be a complete fool and again ruins his reputation

Torswats has absolutely fucked Patrick, and I'm not sure Pat realizes by how much yet.

Since he was already shuttering his existing VOIP/VPN accounts because he got a sign the Feds were closing in, he burned all of them doing dozens of SWATTTTs in a short period on Patrick and only Patrick. Doing so (combined with his signed posts on telegram calling out Patrick afterwards, evidence of the crimes including the high profile MTG ones), he has ensured Patrick will have Feds all over him. He's ensured Patrick's scheme to sue the MPD can never work, and also gave signal fatigue to MPD in case Patrick tried to hire a different "dial-a-swat" in the future, fucking him from ever successfully suing them as well.

Also, while he does seem to be hated by many, I feel like he would have someone that would sign up for the service instead of him. One of those SFWA people maybe, or someone he knows from the cons.

Yesterday in Coonskin's thread he posted a link to a couple of audio files which were apparently (I ain't clicking on that shit, fed) audio recordings of MTG and Steve Bannon being swatted by voice to speech, and torswats in his conversation with coonskin said that Patrick ordered them.

All the other shit I could absolutely see pat doing. Swatting himself? Sure. Picking a really stupid username? He's done it before. But this? This is so fucking diabetically stupid I can't even process it.

I'm at the point where Im almost forced to lean toward the theory that torswats just hates Patrick so much that he would take two swattings of famous people ordered by God-knows-who and try to pin them on Patrick. That although far fetched seems like it would be more likely than Pat being seven standard deviations dumber than we previously thought.

But this is all theory and speculation. I have no idea what is actually going on, let alone the many nuanced legal distinctions between Shiraz and Syrah.

What have those tech and nerd communities said in the following days after torswats did his posts? Communities besides us have to have noticed the ensuing telegram posts and, since Pat is not famous or noteworthy except to us and KF, what have they made of it? We're a bunch of dumbbells - sorry for the language! - so what have supposedly smart tech groups made of it? Have any of them tried to connect the dots between torswats and this seemingly random "Hail Patrick S Tomlinson!" message that went out? Or are they all Jackie Singh/Shane Nokes level flops when it comes to Internet sleuthing?

If he actually bricked his phone on purpose, the communications that he made with that phone won't disappear into the ether. The answer(s) are in his text and email conversations (possibly on his shitty laptop)- if he buys a new laptop within the next week, it would make it pretty obvious that it's him and I think he will eventually crack or completely fuck up this charade.
