Yup, they wipe their shitty dicks on that dog when their doneYou just know
I meant that Nikki probably gets her bussi licked out by her dog while Norton is sleeping in a CPAP mask, but that too.Yup, they wipe their shitty dicks on that dog when their done
Sirius pays Norton likely close to $200K per year. But the real benefits are that they pay for his studio, employees, engineers, and everyone else to make the show. If he does a podcast he'll be losing the office staff aside from maybe one or two engineers or assistants. Even if he signs with some podcasting service they won't hire an entire back office of workers to make Jim coffee and egg whites with mustard. He’ll fucking be back. He’s just trying to tease the 10’s of Jim and Sam listeners. He has no where else to go and Denali would kill Jim if he didn’t work every morning.
So like Jim 200 anth 500 ope 500k per year?Sirius pays Norton likely close to $200K per year. He will soon never mention it and abandon it just like the chip cartoon, he's not peopleJim bought his husband that dog after all. He's fucked hahaha
O&A were making $5 million a year sitting out at CBS. Their contracts were not that low since WBAB. Norton was not making close to $500K as even Artie Lange was barely making that amount as Stern's people were grossly overpaid. I still cannot believe that Norton's condo is not paid off yet with all the work he's done over the years. So like Jim 200 anth 500 ope 500k per year?
In the height of the show
That's just a picture of their foreplay.
I think that's what The Opester misses the most. The fleet of college kids at his beck and call, full staff and keeping now incredibly famous comedians waiting in the hall while he stumbles through reading aloud a NY Post article on Paris Hilton. But the real benefits are that they pay for his studio, employees, engineers, and everyone else to make the show. I thought Sterns people outside of himself and Robin were all massively underpaid?O&A were making $5 million a year sitting out at CBS. Their contracts were not that low since WBAB. Stern when he started had an office of 200 people supporting him. An entire news team. Tons of producers and engineers. He had one producer whose entire job was to record shows on a TiVo to play on the air for later. He had a limo driver, a jew midget, who doubled as his head of security. It was the most bloated radio show of all time. The Super Bowl has a smaller production team. He likely could do his show with a smaller team than he had at KROCK. And Howard doesn't even have his television deals anymore so the entire video production teams of E! and HTV aren't there either. Yet he still has the largest staff of any radio show, talk show, or podcast by far.I thought Sterns people outside of himself and Robin were all massively underpaid?
Gary on KROCK earned his pay without question. On Sirius he was caught falling asleep in his office regularly. And had his workload basically taken over by Marci. So he does nothing all day and is earning the same paycheck that Artie was getting (over half a million). Gary would spend days in his office writing his book or trying to get Mets tickets and did nothing for the show.I'm sure someone like Gary is overpaid vs a normal radio producer, but he was less a producer and more a character on the show
That's not true. Stern gets $100 million per year for his channels. Any money that isn't spent on programming goes to him. His contract is written to mask this but the truth is that his salary is tied into the salaries of all other employees on H100 and H101. So if he spends $10 million on total employees and programming per year he can keep $70 million now. And Stern also gets a cut of all advertising on his channels that is not shared with the rest of his team. It's also in his contract that his agent's fee of 10% was paid separately by Sirius, that his limo and airfare and hotels are paid for by Sirius for all vacations, and he gets other compensation like his cable and internet and so on.What's even worse about Stern is that his staff isn't paid out of the $100 million that Stern gets (now around $80 million) per year.
This is not true either. Lots of them are independent contractors. Norton is not a Sirius employee, he's just a contractor for example, and he's a full time morning show host. When Stuttering John worked for Stern at WXRK he was not getting health insurance or child health insurance and was forced to work a second gig at KROCK spinning records to qualify for insurance. When John lost his hosting gig he was thrown off of the KROCK health insurance plan despite his wife having a newborn. Sirius fired Steve C right after his wife gave birth as well. The business guys and people like Stern are all huge pieces of shit. They are all Sirius employees (not Stern employees).
Stern gets way more than $80-$100 million when you factor in that he gets bonuses, stocks, reimbursement for his entire life, and other perks that he tries desperately to keep secret from the public. Stern sued Sirius for close to $400 million for what he perceived was owed bonus money over the merger. What kind of piece of shit person gets paid $80 million per year and still lets most of his staff get laid off? Howard Fucking Stern is who.

So Stern's contract has him getting reimbursed for all of his flights and limo rides throughout the year. This is why he continues to work despite being a billionaire. His entire life is paid for by Sirius. Yet Ralph died without health insurance. And Scott the Engineer had to beg for money for his wife who was dying of cancer. And his staff are working side gigs and road gigs and desperate for money constantly. Stern would obsess with getting all of his flunkies to be managed by Don Buchwald because it meant that he could have almost total control over their contracts.

Harsha Stern: They’re ripping me off, Reva. I was going number 2 in that street before anyone! Hoo hooWhy didn’t they just replace Howard with 30,000 indians?
(it would be better, too)
Anthony really is the unluckiest guy in the O&A universe. In 2024 he leaves NYC permanently to relocate to SC where he clearly doesn't want to be and closes down Compound Media. 6 months later Jimmy becomes available and is out of Sirius and available to be hired, Jimmy of course being the only other guy apart from Opie that could've breathed some life into the rotting carcass that was Compound Media and I guess created the closest thing to O&A that you could in the year 2025.
Unlucky Nana.
It's written to look that way. But Howard's contract is basically the budget for his show. This must be a recent change. The original 2006 contract did not include the staff in his $100 million salary.
