He would literally have no choice in where he eats his meals. He would have to sit with the white guys. It's usually non-negotiable. I've only seen a wigger or two that were "allowed" to eat with the blacks (but those wiggers were in jail on murder charges).

It's not going to be a fun situation for Pat. The other inmates are just going to be getting pissed that they're getting so much mail about him.

I just dont think the judge would give him a long enough sentence to qualify for prison. Id guess 3 months or less. Unless Pat makes a scene in court and there is an 80% chance of that happening.

It would be very short for a first offense. Make him sit a weekend then set a new court date to see if his attitude changes
