Man, it really takes me back. They captured this incredible optimistic rock n roll vibe that has aged so well.

That acoustic bonehead bank’s holiday has an interesting bridge and chorus at the end that weren’t in the final version.

There are so many fucking versions of every song. You can be a fan forever and still find new stuff.

Lotta demo versions came out a while ago. The Hindu Times demo is pretty awesome. Noel sings it. Has different vibe then the final cut.

Oh no fawking doubt, Brothaman! Hearing early versions of All Around the World, before Be Here Now version, is as the Brits say, Proper!!

You ever hear Boneheads Bank Holiday song?? There's a crappy recording of Noel with just a guitar. What a tune!

Dang somehow I hadn't heard that, neat. I wish I would have thought to sing that at him when I met him a few years back.
I guess I've fallen behind in my archiving. I've got like 20 burned CDs labelled "rare Oasis" "demos" etc. Not counting shitloads of live recordings. I've got these VHS tapes I bought from a dude on Ebay that have a bunch of concerts on them Japan, drunk Wembley, GMEX 97...now they are all on Youtube in waaaay better quality. Not to mention paying like $20 for singles any time I could find them at record stores. Still have all that stuff.

You heard this one? This dudes voice was downright angelic at the beginning:

Never heard that version. Liam's voice was alot softer in the beginning. Got hoarse over the years.
TBHWCHA, I prefer Noel singing Up in the Sky. But this version sounds nice. Thanks for sharing, Brothaman!

WWAW Oasis and U2 doing a tour together?

Noel opened for U2 on a string of dates a few years ago. Came out and sang I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For with them. I know Oasis did a few shows with U2 back in the day but now It wouldn't make much sense for either of them to do a whole tour together, both too big. Liam and Noel are both friends with Bono though so you never know.

I'm starting to remember this. That wouldve been cool to see him sing that song. It's one of the only U2 songs I enjoy. Genuinely. Id be honest with you if it wasn't.

Rumors have been percolating for a long long time… but now sources “in the know” are saying it’s a done deal.

I am hoping they boot those faggots Bell and Archer and bring back retarded Irish alcoholic Bonehead and Guigsy, but I am sure that won’t happen.

I feel like even if the tour comes to the US, I need to see them in England - particularly if they do Knebworth. If one brother can sell it out, two definitely can.
Just go and see Status Quo... Same riffs and they are still touring

...except their discography doesn't come close quality wise. Also Camper Van Beethoven does "Pictures of Matchstick Men" better. Also Noel and Liam are still touring....what are you even talking about?

In ALL SERIOUSNESS though, I did give them a few chances and couldn't really get into it much. You got a favorite album?

No, I can't stand them...much like everything Oasis did after their 2nd LP
