My cousin (trucker I went to Detroit traffic court for as interpreter) once claimed to have stayed up for 6 days, for NO reason, but then checked himself in the ER after the 7th (starting hallucinating day before).
I usually start hallucinating 3 days in. It's happened twice. Another time was only auditory and I immediately figured out it's not real.

It's really fucking weird cuz basically what's happening is you're dreaming but you're awake. Both times I needed someone to explain to me the things I thought happened didn't.

It's always scary to find out your reality testing mechanisms betrayed you, but the psychosis itself was nice. I got to watch a fireworks display that didn't happen and see friends that weren't there. I was on pier for some reason. Just have weird blurry photos I thought I was taking of people that are just totally empty. Coming off insomnia induced psychosis is fucking weird.

I'm sure I've had a couple of documented 'crazy' moments from lack of sleep. If you can avoid complete madness then you'll be fine.

Even Blue Jam which I used to fall asleep to.
Some of the sketches in Blue Jam where so well done that they used the original audio for some of Jam, & just acted-out the sketches to match (albeit with stylistically unpredictable shot composition.

You must be a fan of the soundscaped monologees writen by Robert Katz & voiced by Morris?

My favorite bits were the nameless man who is deeply in love with a woman named Suzy but she only stays around him because he's a horrible drug addict. There was something so moving about how it was equal parts really funny and really sad. I think there's like at least 10 parts to it. It was the longest running bit on Blue Jam.

You ever listen to The Chris Morris Music Show? It's a bit harder to find but it's also really good.
