still pretending to be in covid isolation, smoking in a non smoking building, chillin with you guys, listening to The Prodigy, this is getting really exhausting. I think it's day 5. Think I got a few hours of sleep today but I could just be missing time cuz I do have 4 cartons of cigarettes I don't remember buying. This is eXtreme insomnia after all.

edit 1 : correction, I remember putting on stupid ass broken aviators and walking to my drive way to buy them off a sketchy native dude. Probably about 4 hours ago. And yes, I realize the irony that my logo on youtube is broken aviators, but these are real and genuinely broken from being sat on.

not even induced by drugs, it's been 3 days and I think I've slept like 3 hours tops.
I went through that terribly when I was 17. Went three full days with no sleep once and got to the point I had to see a doctor cause it was killing school/sports. Even now I usually only sleep about 3-6 hours and kids and work make it impossible to sleep longer even when I could. Shit sucks, dude.

Turk's at like 5 days now. I told him last night to go to the hospital or talk to a pharmacist. Shit's gonna start getting even worse. Sleep deprivation is literally a form of torture.

Once or twice a week I sleep for like 12 hours.

When I was a teen and doing a lot of drugs one time I slept for exactly 24 hours, and it was the weirdest thing, Just 7PM to 7PM and being confused about a day just disappearing.
I did that once when I was a teen too. I remember waking up around 7:15 and thinking "why the fuck am I already awake?" and then my mom started banging on the door shouting "Are you still alive??" and then I realized it was 7:15pm. Also felt like shit though.

One drink of alcohol fucks up your melatonin for almost a week. Just cut that shit out entirely, try to get off the caffeine also. Get some melatonin and take 4 tablets an hour before bed. As soon as you start feeling drowsy, close everything and turn the lights out and go to sleep.
