- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.
- An individual from Lawrenceville, GA recently tried to cast doubt on Mr. Tomlinson's self-swatting by hiring a hitman to kill him and framing the forum

The parents were present, armed, and ready to do just that to save their children and they were not allowed to do so. Shit's just depressing.
I have to get active shooter training every year and they always harp on neutralizing the threat first. They say never go in alone but as soon as there’s two of you, you’re clearing rooms.Isn't the protocol for active shooters to run towards the gunfire and neutralisethe threat as quickly as possible due to mass shooters just wanting to cause as much mayhem and death as possible? I'm sure i read somewhere that was the standard protocol since the Columbine fuck up where cops secured a perimeter outside whilst kids were getting mowed down in the library.
Apparently they waited for a “specialized” tactical team to arrive, and thats complete bullshit if true. If you have pistols you can clear rooms. There were kids being murdered, I mean jesus, get in there dude.
That would be like a mass drowning happening at the beach and lifeguards sitting around waiting for the Coast Guard.

Imagine on 9/11 literally every single firefighter walking away and waiting for the fire to die and the buildings to (((collapse))) before they even lifted a finger. This is how pathetic cops are nowadays. When your department hires nothing but niggers and freemasons you get what you deserve.
Plus it doesn’t help how the media has been shitting on police for years - calling them all racist, cruel, inept, etc that anyone who could be a good police officer stays far away from the headache. Now cops aren’t even sure if they can shoot an active shooter killing people because they will be called racist if the shooter is black with a long criminal record. I remember in Philly a family called the cops on their shit son who was attacking them and had a weapon and they showed up, tried to get him to stop attacking his family with knife and shot him. The family said cops are racist (even though the officers were black) and they shouldn’t have guns. They sued the city and ended up getting a huge settlement.

Ask anyone who served in Afghanistan. The instructions when witnessing Bacha Bazi or other boy rape was to literally ignore it as much as possible and not report it to anyone. There were people who were dishonorably discharged from the Army and Marines for beating up Afghan Army members who were raping young boys. Because the orders were to allow the rapes. So beating up some Afghan elder for raping a 10-year-old was a violation of your orders and a quick boot out of the military.
