Not only that but they had his White House secretary get on the stand and testify she SAW him signing the checks she would bring him.
That makes 0 sense because why would he have “Presidential immunity” for shit that he did before he was President. Yes, the checks were signed while he was President, but these are personal acts and not official ones.
Trump wasn't President in 2016, the statute of limitations is 6 years for business fraud in NY.. Trump was President while supposedly signing those last checks, therefore is immune BY LAW.
He also signs hats, if you write a contract on the inside of your hat and get his autograph it isn't a binding contract you retard.
