In all of my years of OnA posting right back to wackbag and Reddit, I’ve never seen more retarded takes than asserting district attorneys can’t invent charges to fuck with people, or that judges can’t operate predetermined kangaroo courts.

We have a federal crime conviction rate higher than Russia and China, FYI. If you’re charged with a federal crime you are being convicted of it no matter what. It’s what, like 99.7%?

If you don’t think judges don’t sentence based on politics, bribes, vindictiveness or just having a bad day because they spilled their coffee that morning, you’re out of your mind. Sentencing harshness correlates exactly with the normal hunger driven moods for people throughout the day.

There have been judges who got paid to convict as many young men as possible because they got paid by the private prison they got sent to.

NSA agents all tap the phones of women they want to fuck, or ex girlfriends etc.

There is no justice, it doesn’t exist as a concept and to believe it does and that “nobody is above the law” and there’s checks and balances that protect your rights in the legal system is just about the most NPC thoughtless mindset you can have.

But but but but MuH campaign finance laws!! Get the fuck outta here.

What's the statute of limitations in NY for that?
5 years after the crime occurred. Considering the last payment happened in Dec 2017, and he was charged around 2023, you almost have a point. Except in some cases the statute of limitations begins after the crime was discovered, which would be around June 2018, fitting the statute.

The charging documents allege that Trump “repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election.”

I don't know what the statue of limitations is for the actual crimes being tried, but we'll find out on appeal.

When did Trump sign off? Do you think this is politically motivated?

It gets even more complicated..

The statute of limitations can be tolled, or paused, under certain circumstances. For example, if the accused is continuously outside the state, the statute of limitations may be extended. Given that Trump was residing in Washington, D.C., and other states for significant periods, this could potentially toll the statute.

When did Trump sign off?
I guess that depends what you mean. Signed the checks? The last check was Dec 2017. He signed every one that came every month of that year. *Except the first three, which the CFO + kids signed off on
Do you think this is politically motivated?
Fucking absolutely. There is no way a Republican DA signs off on this. You’re not going to get an argument from me that Trump committed a murder - It’s petty business fraud. HOWEVER…he did do it. And it is a crime. Even other liberal DA’s would just shrug this off not wanting the controversy or attention.

@Nigger John @RobertMewler please forward this to your colleagues.
Nothing will happen. Guilty, not guilty, it won't make any difference at all. I believe he'll win again, and it'll unfold exactly as it did last time. Nothing will happen, and he won't actually "do" anything that doesn't directly benefit himself.

You think Trump was personally signing checks you actual retard? Either way, by your logic he has Presidential Immunity for any payments past the statute of limitations in NY. Someone find me a balcony please.

What directly benefited him also directly benefited me, buy some Trump memorabilia to hedge your bets against this economy.

By your logic, in 2017 Trump was President so he shouldn't be eligible to be tried for any crimes.
No. The crimes were committed before he was President. For the President to be granted immunity from a “crime” it must be while they’re President (x) and in their official capacity as President (x). Paying off your lawyer to pay off a pornstar and covering it up CANNOT be finagled into an official act. It’s a personal one.
