Its really all speculation. Pat never even admitted they helped him let alone the details of the agreement. Thats why I was hoping a reveal of his finances would clear up some of that. Quashed the amortization for divorce.
Niki went into the debtors exam. She agreed to the plan. The lawyers were her mothers. Pat was drinking at a bar and lurking in alleyways. After she agreed to the payment plan she shut her business down.
