Thanks! Here's another one I found - 2022CV002325 Voluntary Amortization of Debts of Robert Harried
 • Sept 19 - Order appointing trustee
 • Oct 31 - Report of trustee (42 days later)
 • Nov 10 - Judge looks at & approves the plan
Also, a congratulations to Niki & Pat for being one of the 5% of non-black voluntary-amortization-filers. Just check out some of these names in their fellow pack of misfits in 2023 cases, esp. those near the bottom. #Diversity #Allies

Status: Enjoying Prison! 😁
So is anything happening?

There's a court date on July 21 for the amortization plan, which is when the judge will look at the trustee's report submitted to the judge of what the payment schedule is, and approve it. Presumably that would be the chance for Quasi's lawyers to object to the plan, but that perhaps would have to be submitted after it's approved, drawing this out even more. Google quash not yet domesticated, still in CA.

So to answer your question -- not much, and nothing for quite a long while. Still noT a peNNy child, at least for now.
