we still technically don't know that the debt in the amortization case is the debt to Quasi, right? Wouldn't put it past Pat to throw some other poor creditor under the bus just so he can delay paying quasi and costing him some more money trying to collect.

Well the bonus to us is, if Pat wagered on Quasi tapping out, with this Chapter 128 being his redoubt should Quasi continue pursuing the debt, it still ends up costing hime twice as much and damages their credit even if it is to a lesser extent than an actual bankruptcy.
