Do you realize that it's not just Pat's debt? It's Pat and Niki's debt. They're married. They don't have separate finances. It baffles you that a mother would bail out her daughter? Give your head a shake.
Also thinking that Pat acquired a loan when he has zero credit, no collateral, no steady income, and would be using the loan to pay off a different debt that he is dodging is dumb to the power of retarded. Banks aren't handing out $30k in loans to a judgment debtor, much less a fat one like Fat Pat.
Pat did not pay his debts. He's way too stubborn and stupid and fat to do that. He filed a pro se brief outlining just how stubborn and stupid and fat he is two days before paying.
