Judging by the amount, I think that's the only one subpoenaed.
There’s no way he hasn’t subpoenaed his publishers.
I haven't read through this thing over that closely but at a guess, maybe this amount is just for the fighting of the SFWA subpoena. Sending subpoenas is fairly cheap legally speaking, but Jerry had to put time in in court and writing briefs/motions once the SFWA filed to quash.

Real nice, Patrick. Congratulations to you for voluntarily bringing the legal system into your life for a case you were never going to win and an amount you could never afford.

I'd bet he not only thought he was going to win but that he was going to get money. Probably not 50k/person but I wonder if Resto told him that a lot of people settle rather than go to court. Torque probably figured on people settling and he'd get some money after the fees. Now he owes Quasi over 42 thousand dollars and the fees keep coming. What a fat dope.

He thought he was going to get a huge book deal to tell his gamergate 2.0 story.

The problem with that sweetie is he spent years being combative to anybody who wasn’t in 100% lockstep with his most recent oink, including his own supporters.

Hard to believe they didn’t want to hear his sob story, isn’t it?
Despite that, Anna Merlan was literally days away from publishing a story about us that would have cast Patrick in a positive light. Patrick ruined it at the last second by sending her (and Josiah) those laughably fake voicemails, causing her to cancel her article that she had been working on for several months at that point.

When I heard him on the neighbor’s recording, it was obviously the voice of a creature at breaking point. We know he’s not well, but hearing it like that was a tad jarring.

lol he’s miserable always.
His alcohol intake has undeniably snowballed in recent years. As someone who went through a very brief stint of alcoholism and is paying the price physically, I can't imagine the toll that Patrick's alcohol intake must be taking on his body and especially his brain, and he's 13 years older than me. It wouldn't surprise me if these blackout episodes start becoming more common, and he lands himself in jail for becoming violent during one of them, or possibly pissing/shitting himself in public.

But he’s got more chromosomes than you.

His body is a wreck, as is his face and fence and marriage and career and life. And it’s only downhill from here.

In my uninformed retard opinion, they’re domesticating the judgment in Wisconsin and it’s a long and painful process.

When they do, that’s when the fun starts. If you don’t show up to a judgement debtors examination you’re in contempt of court. A warrant will be issued for your arrest.
