Mine is jail (county knowledge)-- FL and Texas. I assume prison would be harsher and there are more opportunities for fucking up.

His contempt hearing won't result in prison, unless there are felony warrants out for his arrest at the time of the contempt hearing.

This is a very short stint in county/city jail if he shows and if the judge has him cuffed and booked, or issues a bench warrant for him arrested later.

If he actually believes he can no child the judge, and gets hit with an actual contempt charge, he could be remanded without bond. People have served more than a year in county/prison for contempt charges. I assume it's pretty rare, but it's possible.

If he weren't a retard, he should know that the 8/24 hearing has nothing to do with the judgment/fine. That's already established. The hearing will be about Quasi's lawyers requesting Pat is held in contempt for his refusal to abide by a court order (and a payment plan he and Nikki agreed to). If he goes in there thinking he can tell his truth, he will be in for a rude awakening.
