The only way I see pat getting off "easy" is he shows up,cooperates, and can cry enough to get pity from the judge and not get reamed for being a stubborn idiot. He would still have to pay of course. I have a hard time seeing pat taking this route.
I think he will either:
1: Not show, hide in his house or go get drunk at the bar while the court proceedings occur. Pisses off the judge and gets hit with all the requests that quasis lawyer had added to his case. Gets a warrant for his arrest and possibly end up in cuffs by the end of the day.
2: Pat shows up representing himself. Arrives unprepared with his financial records. Has a few outbursts mentioning cyberstlakers. Angers the judge and gets hit with 2 contempt charges. Gets dragged out of the court room screaming about nazis and fascists.
