Fixed it for you now it is accurate. See how words work? Opie was keeping it real while nana was living a life of delusion.“I loved Anthony like a brother!”

He did actually tweet something like “Fuck Ron, he’s sensitive”. He promptly deleted it but I’m sure Ron saw it. How the fuck Ron is the sensitive one in that situation is baffling. He stood up for himself when the old nigger hater forgot to laugh and he stood up to Anthony when he was a faggot and kicked the nigger hater off for him. Ron is the sensitive one.“Fucking Ronnie b went woke, just another liberal cuck”
Nope, he said it present tense until his crying session on air, peasant.Fixed it for you now it is accurate. See how words work? Opie was keeping it real while nana was living a life of delusion.
He’s said it on his podcast as well. Ron makes fun of nana once in awhile but I think he mostly pities him as an addict who is reaching rock bottom. He did actually tweet something like “Fuck Ron, he’s sensitive”. Never. Opie is as real as a 3rd nana heart attackNope, he said it present tense until his crying session on air, peasant.
It was that same session where he said that he stopped trying to tell Anthony what to do after the lobster girl incident. Do you think Anthony handles criticism well?Nope, he said it present tense until his crying session on air, peasant.
Yeah because we know Ant is great with confrontation and totally doesn’t fold immediately. Opie didn’t try shit. He’s a pussy, all of them are.It was that same session where he said that he stopped trying to tell Anthony what to do after the lobster girl incident. Do you think Anthony handles criticism well?
That’s exactly what I’m saying. I’m sure whenever Opie tried to correct Anthony that Anthony would throw a hissy fit.Yeah because we know Ant is great with confrontation and totally doesn’t fold immediately. Opie didn’t try shit. He’s a pussy, all of them are.
If Opie ever seriously said anything, Nana would though a fit, yeah. But he’d also immediately fold like he always does. He still thought of Opie as a boss then. That’s exactly what I’m saying. I’m sure whenever Opie tried to correct Anthony that Anthony would throw a hissy fit.
Both of them were afraid to lose that 6-7 figure payday for doing a bullshit job. I’d guess both were hoping the other would get fired so they could keep their paycheck and unload the partnership. Jimmy and Opie got a nice bump in pay after nana went away. Neither offered to use their extra cash to help nana get set up.If Opie ever seriously said anything, Nana would though a fit, yeah. It seems pretty clear once Opie lost free FM and realized he’d be stuck working for Howie and Mel forever that he pretty much gave up and just collected a paycheck until Anthony got himself fired. He probably had no idea it would take so long. He even said on the last show that I heard that Sirius doesnt give them raises or bonuses so why should they even try? Both of them were afraid to lose that 6-7 figure payday for doing a bullshit job. Much of this stuff you’re talking about happened post 08 election, especially child grooming and the alcoholism that shit seem to really take hold in the waining years of the show like 10-14 (autists correct me if I’m wrong on the years). Cumia was married to Jen and then in a pretty solid relationship for a number of years with Melinda. He was always drunk at WNEW, which was part of the charm of the show. For a good chunk of the XM years he was fairly responsible as far as the drinking goes. Melinda leaving him and Obama getting elected really broke his brain, and sent him on the downward spiral into the Nana we know today. At that point the show had been on the air for 14 years. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t have worked their shit out. Opie was right though, their personal lives going in different directions def contributed to the riff. But I’ve heard from different people associated with the show, once the mics were off they didn’t talk to each other. That’s on both of them, especially with a working/personal relationship. And rightfully so. I'm not a person of particularly high moral compass but it would be hard for most people to work with or even be friendly with someone who they know to be a child grooming racist drunk.
lmao they still never fully understood that the "morning radio show" was a dying medium. That would be like a horse carriage manufacturer getting pissy he isn't getting raises right as the Model T is exploding in popularityHe even said on the last show that I heard that Sirius doesnt give them raises or bonuses so why should they even try?
Good analysis except one thing. He used to pick up his girlfriend from middle school in his hvac van. He’s always been a total creepMuch of this stuff you’re talking about happened post 08 election, especially child grooming and the alcoholism that shit seem to really take hold in the waining years of the show like 10-14 (autists correct me if I’m wrong on the years). And Opie was oblivious/willfully ignorant of all of it.Good analysis except one thing. He used to pick up his girlfriend from middle school in his hvac van. He’s always been a total creep
