Of course this photo has been edited to add Pat’s standard level of greasiness. For some reason, he didn’t break a sweat during the half marathon he claims to have completed.

It’s a public alley. He just has a parking spot off of it. You can walk 2’ away from Susan and not be on his “land”.

Yep. You can see how it used to be a garage like the one on 2601. It probably just collapsed due to neglect and he’s to poor to have replaced it by now. He’d rather go on shitty vacations than have a place to park Susan in the snow.
Also note how close the monkey house is directly north. They can probably climb right across to Niki’s window without touching the ground.
Is that his fire pit in the middle of the lawn on the south side of his house? Look how close it is to the neighbor's house. Can you imagine your neighbor having a fire pit so close to your house? You'd be getting smoke in through your windows! If Pat was my neighbor I'd be mighty peeved (I'd also be black)
I think the fire pit is on or right next to the pavement in the back, which is even worse.

Yeah, it makes an appearance during the swatting video and is in the most useless place possible.
Pat is “into things.” And things are into him sometimes, if they can fit.
Does Pat own a lawnmower? I dont think he's ever mentioned cutting the grass. Granted his "yard" is like the size of 3 Susan's but he tweets about everything he does.
