Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

That's how he was acting before he came on the sub's radar and he actually thinks of himself as some innocent victim. He was always going to attract negative attention by acting how he does but of course he'll accept not one bit of responsibility for any it.
I think this is the guy who was using the 'Dead Ro' meme that Fatso dedicated an entire section of his stupid blog post to, but its so long ago I could be completely wrong.

I also went down a rabbit hole of Patrick vs OnA on Twitter and it was Turk February who was getting into it with Pat for weeks or months before the Norm tweet.
I think it actually was the burr tweet that started me thinking he might actually be an OnA fan. That being said I don’t think he was a stern fan. I’ve seen him say nothing at all in regards to stern whereas fatty has tweeted a few times about different comics who were known to go on OnA. He’s probably lying but if Louis was really an inspiration for him he for sure listened. He fits the demographics and timeline perfectly as well. He just had a psyche snap and now pretends that was never apart of his life. He only uses his daughter for Twitter bitching for fucks sake he’s never going to admit he might have been different before. He’s a broken pig. He is 100% the type of retard to think Jim Norton is an edgy brooding problem. He clapped and cheered in all the right places during the Ventura interview.

I mean, the thing with the internet is it delivers fun-sized little memes or videos where you don't need an in-depth understanding of the thing. Like I'm not a fan of Bert Kreisher or John Mulrany, but I know "The Machine" and the "What's New Pussycat" jokes because at some point in my life, someone went OMG THIS IS SO HYSTERICAL CHECK IT OUT and so I did.
The Burr Philly rant is notorious particularly in sports fandom: when your team plays the Phillies, Eagles, 76ers, or Flyers, someone will inevitably post the link to the Philly rant. It's not about O&A or the virus tour, it's just "haha this guy rips on Philly for a couple minutes, fuck that stupid city."
I vaguely recall an AMA where he spelled it Bill Barr or Bill Bur, it fits right into Piggy's personality.
1. Hear one angry comedic rant that honestly is very different from "normal" Bill Burr, relaxed, laid-back, casually talking about some event he took Nia to on the podcast. Piggy doesn't bother with any of that, just the ANGRY RANT against STUPID PHILADELPHIA.
2. With one toe dipped in the swimming pool, Piggy declares himself Michael Phelps. I LOVE Bill Bur!
3. Publicly proclaims himself a fan of Bill Bur without even knowing how to spell the guy's easy-to-spell name correctly.

I don't think he was a Stern fan. The only station that appeared to have carried the show was in Madison, and dropped it in 2003.
