I don't know if Shane Nokes is a real person, or maybe he's a funster using someone else's information (felony impersonation), but during his spat against Owen Forums this "Shane Nokes" gained Rick's trust and has all this juicy info on his debtor's exam. Kinda suspicious how he popped in out of nowhere, and then abruptly stopped engaging with us.

Brother Joe comprehended the law and its limitations better than Pat. He knew more about how his contract worked and what the outcome was likely to be. Even now, after Pat has been in the courtroom several times and hired a few different lawyers, Joe is the one who has the brains to realize that chasing internet ghosts is pointless. I don't think so. Some tall guy puts him on his ass at the end of that video and he ended up having a rage-induced stroke that left him in a wheelchair. Pat would HATE someone giving him orders. The main tenets of a good lolcow is Narcissism, lack of self awareness and willingness to act this way very publicly. I think pat is just smart enough to show up to avoid eating a contempt charge. That said he is a smooth brain who thinks the legal system is like sorcery and saying the right words makes you win. When that fails he'll start to get pissy. He's a narcissist which is why he has to constantly lie to make it seem like he's in charge of his life and things around them. Like with Josiah, once he realizes he's not in control and is forced to do something he doesn't want to, he'll blow his stack and do something dumb to get himself in trouble. I don't think he has the balls for violence but his tantrum will have consequences
