He wouldn’t be locked up for long. It’s not like you go to prison for this sort of thing, he’d be in jail until he gets bailed out and has a court date set. So a short stay in the pokey would be the best of both worlds. We get to make fun of him for getting arrested and jailed but he also gets to be EXTREMELY ONLINE where we can mock him until his heart finally throws in the towel.
Pat is 100% the type of dude who would cry in jail even if he knew he was getting out the next day. When the nurse comes and asks you if you're suicidal at A&D he'd say yes.

I've read that in some cases the bail is set at the amount of the debt lol.
