@SpaceEdge Do you know if it was a court summons, or actually a subpoena? It should be the latter given the circumstances I think but am not a legalfag; summons should be for active lawsuits, not judgement debt collection.

It might be good to look through the court commissioner calendar and see if it's listed there:
Honestly if you can find any debtors exams anywhere it would be very useful in narrowing it down. The fact that it isn't listed on either case tells me that they listed it elsewhere

I checked everything on his plate between today and July 1 and also nothing listed.
