I often think there’s something wrong with me, seeing people I really like who still get excited and gleeful at things like this.

It’s the same game we were playing as kids 25 years ago, it’s just bigger and now a dopamine fuelled micro transaction machine.

It’s not even that. If they were doing something actually interesting I’d be interested, it’s not though and i just can’t pretend it is.

It’s like watching someone live stream painting one of those paint by number colouring in sets. There’s no dynamism to it, no story being told or art thought about, it’s just like filling in forms at the DMV.

If someone was making a 3D printed Lego gun I’d want to know what was going on with that guy, I wouldn’t want to watch them follow the instructions to build an x wing.

You will have the exact same experience playing GTA today as you will playing this, just like your phone today is exactly the same as the new model being sold for 2000 dollars in the Apple Store.

Without buying it, I know what the game is, how it works, what it's going to look and feel like. There may be a few new features here and there but at the end of the day, it's the same ass game with a new roster.


Now was I talking about the GTA series, or Madden. Sucks that you can't tell, and that's the problem.

ha it's probably not getting ported until 2027 and will require a 4080 minimum. I don't wanna buy a console because it sucks but I wanna play this shit and spider-man 2.
