Any brothermen know how to revive jasmine? We planted it forever ago and it did great for a long time. Got huge, put in a trellis and it went up it all the way to the roof. Kept it in pretty much the same fertilizer situation: the aforementioned fish emulsion, little bit of other stuff here and there. Now its been getting progressively deader and now is mostly sticks and a tiny bit of green. I figure(like I’m figuring with all the shit we’ve had prawblems with) the roots took up all the good soil that we planted it in and tried to dig into the shitty actual soil our property is made of. Most of Vegaseses soil is garbage and although we compost/fertilize/plant lots of fresh soil, we cant keep shit going. At least we have a 50 year old lemon tree and a ginormous evergreen but yeeeesh all the shit we’ve planted.

did you ever top dress it?
check PH etc?
start changing to planters to isolate soil issues if its a constant thing.

Throw more compost on it? Yeah
I can’t really do pots for trees that are supposed to take up a whole yard but more future plants. Dont know how one would repot a plant that has trellised up the side of a house

My petunias are prize-winning, funsters.

This guy's routine for hanging baskets has worked pretty well for my plants:

Look up Ruth Stout method (this may be it but the vid is 1h30 so didnt check)
Excellent method of cultivation.
If you have the space then hydroponic lettuce rafts through poly tunnels are very productive.
That's the same method, yes. I like how Gauchi uses wood chips rather than hay (with all the bark, leaves, and stems cut in for organic material). It mimics the forest floor and creates a richer soil probably. There's also straw bale gardening method I may try in order to start earlier with raised beds.
