- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Always thought it was fake. You can tell which ones are real, usuall the ones that involve peoples moms or wives because they couldn't have found normal women to participate in their show at WAAF. It wasn't until they were big on WNEW that girls started lining up.

Most likely some or all of the real calls had to be re-corded with actors for legal reasons. It was one thing to play them on the radio, but another to sell them on CDs. Florentine had a team of lawyers vetting his entire Terrorizing Telemarketers calls to make sure that all of them were legally recorded. I think Florentine even had to move to another state at one point to record the calls.
Sal and Richard always had to get permission from private citizens they messed with but radio stations are fair game. It’s an expectation of privacy thing plus in a lot of states you need the consent of both parties to record a conversation. That’s what fucked Donald Sterling.

I think the "fair game" aspect with that is due to the fact that shows like Tradio were soliciting calls. I wouldn't be surprised if that's fake though
