- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

The Vegas shooter Paddock likely had close to $10million in cash and properties at the time of his death. One year alone he reported over $5million in profit from real estate sales. The FBI meanwhile said his income was from "high stakes gambling". Yet not a single high stakes poker player said that they ever saw him nor recognized him so he was not playing in any high stakes games that were in casinos or in underground home games. Someone who is worth $10million from playing poker would be known in poker circles especially if he Vegas regular. The FBI then said he favorite game was "video poker".
Meanwhile this professional "poker player" was moving guns by the crate to unknown buyers at arms dealer levels. And was seen on video cameras at the casino moving huge amounts of guns in cases through the lobby, yet not gambling or enjoying the casino at all beyond buying a t-shirt and getting something to eat. Purchased two adjoining rooms. One for himself and one for his buyers. His buyers were either Mossad, CIA, or both.
He was definitely some type of CIA arms runner. Likely running guns to terrorists from Israel or ISIS or some other group that the CIA wants to keep in power. And I'm saying as someone who actually gives these alternate explanations a look that they usually don't hold up. Notice I don't dismiss these as "conspiracy theories" and just call you a whackjob and move on. In the case of mass shootings, the supposed objective is a) divide the public b) distract c) restrict guns.
I'm saying a and b don't work because not enough people own guns for this to be divisive and there are lots of stories in the news today and we'll quickly move on to more Ukraine/Baby formula stories. As for restricting guns, that just hasn't happened in any meaningful way.
To the extent that I actually know what CNN is up to, their reaction would just be to call your claims crazy and go to the next thing. I'm not interested in doing that. I'm way more interested in seeing how they could make sense, but they don't.
