- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Even ignoring the fact neither of them are anywhere near too busy to have a kid and both of their “careers” only require a computer and, maybe, an internet connection. The idea that if they had a kid and it turned out they were too busy for it they’d just send it out for adoption is the coldest, most insane thought I’ve ever seen. An old colleague and friend of mine can't have kids. She also has thinning hair which is due to some kind of hormone problem. I assume the two things are related. It's a real shame because she has a pretty face and is a really nice person and would make a great mother and wife but nature decided it wasn't to be. Nature can be unfair like that. Sometimes though, it gets it right. It made Adrienne leave Fat for Big Jon and it made his second wife's womb as barren and hostile as Death Valley.
