- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Also if anything; for me, the board was actually helpful for my anger. I bitched about a whole bunch of stuff before a date last night, and when I met up with her, I had a big weight off of my mind, enough to where I was laid back for the date. And it worked because at the end of it, she blew me in my car with tint-less windows.
Someone just has to start another board, make it better, leave it up and running and let it breathe. I wish I knew anything about domain hosting/wed building, otherwise I'd just fucking do it myself.

It's so easy: If you truly understand this community, then you start the site and walk away. Once in awhile, you do some maintenance, and if things get to a point where people are genuinely trying to break the law, then you step in and throw out bans. Maybe some problem users have to be banned anyway (if they're not breaking the law but fucking with the users too much), but that's it. You can literally go live your life while everyone fucks around.
