Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

A private concert at a gated residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Lots of expat kids...was probably the only Muslim, treated like a spy for the Saudi vice squad by the grown-ups, so didn't see much illicit stuff.

First concert of any sort was some local band, it was fun but the music sucked. First proper concert at a big venue was Insane Clown Posse at the Warfield circa 1999(?). Great fawkin show, got covered in Faygo and fake blood.

Tool, in...2006 or 07. I forget. They were good but the venue's acoustics were total shit. I was on the floor right up at the gate and ended up with bruised ribs from retards pressing forward. Maynard said about two whole sentences that night and both were making fun of the city we were in.

Only 3 times but they were great every time including last summer.
Went to a concert with my parents in the late 70's to early 80's that had Alabama and Charlie Daniels as headliners.
First concert as an adult was Snoop Dogg (nigga was late by two hours- typical). My last concert was in 2005 and it was Queens of the Stone Age playing at Stubbs BBQ in Austin. Pretty fucking great show. Josh Homme didn't speak too much- and I was maybe 10-15 feet away from him.

Our Lady Peace opening for Alanis Morisette. Some Aussie band played before OLP, don’t remember the name.
I saw them in 2003 on the Summer Sanitarium or some shit festival. Mudvane played at like noon for a half hour, then Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park and then Metallica. So much time between bands. Motherfuckers went on at 10pm. The acoustics sucked, and I was tired from being stoned all day and wanted to get the fuck out of there. I don’t remember how they sounded but ppl were pissed that they went on so late. My friend and I left before their encore. It was a good day.
Yeah I usually avoid going to big festival shows like that one where they are headlining. While some of those bands are good, the acoustics are always fucked up and it's a long ass day. Rather go see them on a regular tour date. Historically they bring along really good opening acts. Saw Danzig and Suicidal Tendencies open for them on the 94 tour.
