Yes. They're two separate things. The judge already ruled Pat has to pay. He is a judgment debtor. That part is done. This current case is just to get some financial information on Pat because he's ducking his court-ordered debts.

You can configure Audacity to record desktop audio from the sound card as a backup. Of course you'll have to go an sync the audio afterwards which is work, but it's the safest option.

Someone made an analogy that it was like suing Disney+ to get his subscriber information, you're not going to get Disney to hand it over without establishing why it's relevant.
