Being free has to be better than in a prison hospital- I think both have been sick or sickly. They could make a mint doing a podcast together as some reformed gangster shit (like Gravano, Merlino, Franzese, Pennisi, and that "my fawtha," idiot- Andy Ruggiano Jr). To varying degrees, those guys have been very successful. Eventhough Senter and Testa were legit serial killers, I don't think anyone cares anymore as to they did their time and it was so long ago, it's like a movie to the people that would eat the Gemeni Twins stories up and pay for them.
